The short answer
We grade the Milwaukee 3017-20-48-59-1852B B (Wait) at $199 at The Home Depot, as of Oct 26, 2026. A solid price. There's a catch, and the lesson tells you what it is.
Today's $199 ties the lowest price we've recorded.
What's a good price for the Milwaukee 3017-20-48-59-1852B?
All 4 prices we've recorded from Nov 11, 2024 to Oct 26, 2026 are $199, so $199 is the price that keeps coming back. A price below $199 would be the lowest we've recorded. A price above it is above everything we've recorded, and our rubric gives a price above an item's usual range a D or an F.
The Home Depot shows a 'was' price of $569. That price isn't in our records, so it earns no credit: we ignore it and grade the real price.
The grade also weighs what other stores charge and who's selling it. How we grade.

Home Depot lists the kit at $569, which we don't treat as a real selling price. The same kit sold for $199 at Home Depot on Nov 11, 2024, Oct 28, 2025 and Nov 21, 2025.
These are our own records, not a live price lookup. Prices as of Oct 26, 2026; the deal page has the current price.
The lesson
Ignore the $569 tag. $199 is where this kit lands every fall: Home Depot had it there on Nov 11, 2024, then again on Oct 28 and Nov 21, 2025. It's not a new low, just its usual best, and a price that keeps coming back is a Wait. You get a 500 CFM brushless blower plus two 5Ah batteries and a charger. If leaves are piling up today, $199 is a fair price; otherwise there's no rush, since it has come back in November two years running.
